Yes, they exist.
Since my diet is mainly pescatarian it’s not always easy to get my daily recommended amount of protein. I’ve recently started working out almost every day, and If I’m not getting enough protein I’ll never see results. Not to mention that I’ll be hangry if I’m just filling myself with straight carbs.
So that’s what really inspired me to get creative in the kitchen & whip up some protein pancakes using only eggs – oats – and banana…Ok ok and of course I added some extra sweetness with some vanilla extract and maple syrup. I highly highly recommend that you try these out when you have a little extra time in the morning! (or evening duh! breakfast for dinner kills)
